If you love the design, but want to make a few changes (like adding in your pet), please reach out with your thoughts and ideas. For customizations, an additional fee will be added and based on the illustration time required.
The beautiful thing about Christmas stockings is that you can mix vintage and new designs, or stockings and cuffs.
Over the years, we’ve taught countless beginners to stitch every single one of our canvases. That said, some projects are easier than others. You can find info about the skills needed for each project on the product page, right under the details about Dimensions and Materials.
We offer both printed and painted canvases. Almost all of our customers choose printed canvases because they’re more affordable (half the cost) and much faster to make (2-3 weeks vs. 8-12 weeks).
As with all things, there are trade-offs — printed canvases are not as precise as stitch-painted canvases — there may be areas where you have to make a creative call on stitch colors or design details.

Absolutely! Many of our customers are stitching for a new baby joining the family. We will leave the name area blank and send you a needlepoint chart and link to a step-by-step tutorial that will allow you to add in the name at a later date.
Definitely. We can flip all of our stocking designs in the opposite direction at no additional cost. Just make a note of it in the Name Personalization field when you place your order.
